Atta Mohammad Noor: I got out of Afghanistan by my own strength
The former governor of Balkh, Ata Mohammad Noor, claimed in an interview with an Arab media outlet that the Taliban would not have allowed him to live, which is why he pushed himself to leave the nation.
Mr. Noor believes that Ashraf Ghani and Amrullah Saleh helped the United States and its allies plan the Taliban's takeover of Afghanistan.
