An attack by the Resistance Front in Herat; Two Talabs Killed
According to the Front, the dead were members of the Taliban's Al-Farooq Corps based in Herat.
The attack took place on Monday (August 29) on the road to the Sultan Bayezid Bastami Mosque, near Honaryar High School in Nawabad district of Herat city.
The statement added that no casualties were reported in the attack.
The Taliban have not commented on the matter.
The Afghan National Resistance Front (ANRF) said in a statement that two Taliban militants were killed in an attack by its forces in Herat province.
