Three former military personnel arrested after being deported from Iran by Taliban

The sources named Ghiyasuddin, Burhanuddin and Humayun among these former soldiers and added that they were members of the army and members of the police of the previous government.

According to sources, these former soldiers were the main residents of Panjshir Valley district and lived in Kabul city.

The Taliban have not said anything about this yet.

After the Taliban returned to power, hundreds of former soldiers have sought refuge in Iran due to the fear of revenge from this group and poverty and unemployment. But the Republic has been speeding up the process of arresting and deporting immigrants without documents, regardless of the miserable situation in Afghanistan.

This is while the leadership of this group announced a general amnesty after taking office in Afghanistan; But in the past three years, hundreds of former soldiers have been arrested, tortured and in some cases brutally shot on various pretexts.

According to reports, the Taliban have arrested three former government soldiers in Kabul after they were expelled from Iran.
