The chief prosecutor's office of this court wrote in a statement today (Friday, 9 August) that his office has made significant progress in the field of women's rights violations in Afghanistan, the results of which will be announced soon.

In this statement, it is stated that these six countries have expressed their concern about the severe deterioration of the human rights situation in Afghanistan, especially for women and girls, by referring to the Afghanistan case.

This is despite the fact that six countries, including Chile, Costa Rica, Spain, France, Luxembourg and Mexico, have recently referred the case of the situation in Afghanistan, especially the violation of women's rights in Afghanistan, to the International Criminal Court.
