A former military arrested by Taliban in Kabul.

Based on information from the sources, the name of this former soldier is Qutbuddin, who was caught by the intelligence of the Taliban group in Kabul city about a week ago.

According to the sources, this former soldier served in the protection of prominent men in the republican system.

Qutbuddin's relatives have said that he was dismissed from his position a year before the fall of the republican system and since then, he was busy with personal work and had no connection with any political movement or opposition to the Taliban.

So far, the main motive behind the arrest of this former soldier is not clear; The Taliban have not yet commented on this matter.

It is worth mentioning that after the Taliban returned to power, the leadership of this group announced a general amnesty.

But contrary to this general amnesty, the fighters of this group have arrested, tortured, disappeared and in some cases shot hundreds of soldiers of the previous government in the past three years.

On the other hand, the residents of Panjshir and Andrabs say that crime is not important for Taliban, they mostly arrest, torture and even kill young people of Panjshir and Andrabs for no reason.

According to reports, the intelligence of the Taliban group has arrested a former soldier, a resident of Panjshir province, in Kabul.
