Based on the reports, the Taliban arrested a student who had returned to the country from Iran.
This person was Mirullah Rouhani from Farkhar district of Takhar province, who was arrested by Taliban for no reason in Khosdeh village.
It is said that Mirullah returned to Afghanistan from Iran to visit his family a week ago.
