Putin signed a law for the temporary removal of Taliban's name from the list of terrorist groups

According to this law, Russian judicial and legal institutions are allowed to temporarily and conditionally remove the Taliban from the list of terrorist groups.
This law is applicable if there is sufficient and credible evidence that the banned terrorist groups have ceased terrorist activities and are not affiliated with other terrorist groups.
However, Russian officials have emphasized that removing the Taliban from the list of terrorist groups does not mean official recognition of the group.
While no country has yet officially recognized the Taliban government, they have established close diplomatic and trade relations with the group.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a law that allows the temporary removal of the names of terrorist groups in the country.
