Women protesters: International Criminal Court to Prosecute TLB Leaders as Human Rights Violators

During a meeting in Pakistan on Monday, 7 October, protesting women expressed their concern over the deterioration of the human rights situation, especially women's rights, and criticized the Taliban's repressive and restrictive measures against women.

Protesting women addressed the countries that support democracy and human rights and asked them to separate their political games from human rights and to stop aligning with the Taliban, which has led to the violation of women's rights.

The protesting women of these protest movements say that the so-called Taliban law is "the last nail on the body of humanity" which puts unprecedented pressure on women.

They also asked the countries of the world not to send their tax money to strengthen groups that are against the value of human rights and women's rights.

The members of "Afghanistan's Powerful Women's Movement" and "Freedom's Movement in Exile" also called on Afghan citizens to stand up to protect their dignity and rights and support civil protests and armed struggle for change.

The members of "Movement of Powerful Women of Afghanistan" and "Movement of Freedom in Exile" said in a joint statement that the International Criminal Court should prosecute Taliban leaders as violators of human rights, women's rights and gender apartheid.
