Pakistan's Information Minister: The activities of the Pashtun Tahaffuz Movement have been banned

Before this, the government of Pakistan had only spoken about banning the activities of the Pashtun protection movement in one announcement.
The federal government of Pakistan says that the activities of this movement are against peace and security in Pakistan.
Manzoor Pashtin, the leader of the Pashtun Preservation Movement (PTM), created this movement in 2017 in order to defend the rights of Pashtuns and to protest against inequalities and human rights violations.
Attaullah Tarer, the Minister of Information and Broadcasting of Pakistan, says that the activities of the Pashtun Protection Movement have been banned due to the evidence obtained indicating the connection of this movement with terrorist organizations.
