The incident took place on Friday (August 11) in Shibar district in the Paimori area.
The incident occurred after a Toyota Corolla collided with a truck, sources said.
Abdul Saboor Farzan Sighani, spokesman for the Taliban governor of Bamyan, confirmed the incident, saying the vehicle was heading from Kabul to Shibar district.
According to Sighani, a child and a teenager were injured in the incident, and the teenager's condition is reported to be critical.
Every year, dozens of citizens die in traffic accidents.
The causes of traffic accidents are carelessness of drivers, road deterioration, high speed and lack of traffic signs.
Five people, including two women, were killed and two others injured in a road accident in the province.
