Robert Chatterton, the British Foreign Minister, conferred with Amir Khan Mottaqi, the Taliban's foreign minister, on the 5th of July, per the Taliban's announcement.
Mr. Chatterton stated in this meeting that providing security and stability under the Taliban's administration is understandable.

Experts add that by remaining mute in the face of the Taliban's crimes and atrocities, these nations violate human rights.
