Taliban Minister of Culture: We are building a jihadi archive

The ministry, on Monday, the third of Sunbula, wrote in a press release that Khairullah Khairkhwa, the minister of information and culture of this group, discussed the jihadist museum and archive during a meeting with Gul Haidar Shafiq, the Taliban's governor in Jowzjan.

Khairkhwa stated during the meeting with the Taliban's governor for Jowzjan: "In addition to establishing jihadist museums, a jihadist archive will be built, and the history and past struggles will also be documented."

He had previously emphasized that a jihadist museum should be built across the provinces of Afghanistan to collect and display the remaining artifacts from the wars against Britain, the Soviet Union, and America.

The Taliban, upon regaining control in Afghanistan, have proceeded to establish jihadist museums, and in these museums, they have displayed handmade military equipment and barrel bombs.

The Taliban's Ministry of Information and Culture has announced that, in order to preserve jihadist artifacts, in addition to jihadist museums, jihadist archives will also be established.
