Taliban leader in Kandahar: Implementation of Islamic boundaries will be implemented even by force

Speaking at a session titled "Pilgrim Teachers' Seminar," Akhundzadeh said that standing by his side means standing with God and emphasized that bargaining over Islamic rules is unthinkable for him.

This audio file was published on social media by a Taliban spokesman.

He accused the international community of opposing the implementation of Islamic law and warned that he would use force if necessary to advance what he called “divine decree.” In the past, he said, it was “advice,” but now it is “order,” and whether people like it or not, they must accept it.

Despite diplomatic efforts, the Taliban are still not recognized by any country. Severe restrictions on women, especially in the areas of education and employment, have been a major factor in the group's international isolation, criticisms that have not yet received a convincing response from the Taliban.

In a recent speech in Kandahar, Taliban leader Haibatullah Akhundzada announced that despite widespread international pressure and criticism, the group will not back down from implementing Islamic law. He emphasized: "We are happy to have our heads cut off, but we are not happy if Sharia law is not implemented."
