Rubio: Gaza War Has Damaged Israel's Place in the World

Rubio added that despite Washington's efforts to support its ally, Israel's diplomatic isolation in the world is increasing.


He also stated: "Whether you believe this war was justified or not, right or wrong, the impact it has had on Israel's global standing cannot be ignored."


He concluded by stating that the United States has consistently supported its ally, Israel, diplomatically at the United Nations over the decades and has continued this support during the Gaza war.

Marco Rubio, the U.S. Secretary of State, said in an interview with CBS on Sunday that the Gaza war has damaged Israel's global standing, and the U.S. cannot ignore this impact.
