Shahbaz Sharif: Trump deserves Nobel Peace Prize for establishing ceasefire

According to Mr. Sharif, Trump’s persistent efforts and active mediation led to the realization of an agreement for the exchange of hostages and the cessation of hostilities in the Gaza Strip.

He added: “Today is a historic day for the world, as the fruit of President Trump’s continuous efforts to establish peace has come to fruition.”

This is the second time that Islamabad has nominated Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize. In June of this year, the Pakistani government also proposed him for the award due to his mediating role in reducing tensions between Pakistan and India.

The signing ceremony of the ceasefire agreement, attended by the U.S. President and other international mediators, was held on Monday in the coastal city of Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt.

Shahbaz Sharif, the Prime Minister of Pakistan, announced on Monday, 21 Mizan, that Donald Trump, the President of the United States, should be nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize due to his prominent role in establishing a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas.
