World Taekwondo Championships; Hossein Taqwa named gold medalist

On Saturday, 21 Saratan, this athlete also competed in the junior category and secured the silver medal.


Mohammad Hossein Taqwa participated in these competitions representing immigrants. The event also included teenagers from Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Singapore, and Hong Kong.


Mohammad Hossein Taqwa, Afghanistan’s youth taekwondo athlete, began his sports journey with taekwondo in Kabul at the age of seven.


In addition to domestic achievements, Taqwa has shone on the international stage, earning a bronze medal at competitions held in Uzbekistan.


With the Taliban’s return to power, he left Afghanistan and migrated to Malaysia. He has continued his training in this country and participated in several competitions.
