Taliban opposition meeting in Islamabad postponed

According to the sources, the reason for this delay is issues related to visa issuance for some participants.

Despite this, one of the individuals involved in the program emphasized that the meeting has been rescheduled for the last week of September and will be held in Pakistan.

The holding of this meeting in Islamabad has provoked a strong reaction from Zalmay Khalilzad. He identified Pakistan's intelligence agency (ISI) as the main organizer of the meeting and warned that Islamabad is repeating its past mistakes.

Informed sources say that the meeting of anti-Taliban figures, which was scheduled to take place this week in Islamabad, has been postponed.
