In a note, he wrote that these attacks are a repetition of Islamabad's long-standing policy of instrumentally using terrorism and instability in neighboring countries.


According to Fazli, Pakistan has used extremist groups for years to advance its political objectives and is now itself a victim of that same policy.


Fazli has emphasized that the people of Afghanistan must remain vigilant and not fall for the Taliban’s superficial slogans; because this group continues to serve the interests of Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI).

Fazal Mahmood Fazli, the former head of the Administration of Affairs in the Republic of Afghanistan's government, has stated in response to Pakistan's recent attacks on Afghan soil that the Pakistani army is engaging in military aggression to conceal its internal crisis and by exploiting the ambiguous regional diplomatic environment.
