FIFA begins second phase of 2026 World Cup ticket sales

In this phase, ticket sales will be conducted through a random lottery to determine who will be eligible to purchase tickets for individual matches. The lottery will continue until Friday at 11 a.m. Eastern Time.


According to FIFA, a special and exclusive period has been designated for citizens of the three host countries: the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Lottery winners from these countries will be able to purchase tickets for matches held in their respective countries.


It is stated that individuals who register by the specified deadline will automatically be entered into FIFA’s random selection system. Lottery winners will have a specific period between November 12 and 15 to purchase tickets and will be notified of the lottery results via email at least 48 hours before the start of this period.


In the first phase of sales, the highest number of ticket purchases came from fans in the host countries. Following them, football enthusiasts from the United Kingdom, Germany, Brazil, Spain, Colombia, Argentina, and France ranked next.


With the 2026 World Cup approaching, the start of this new ticket sales phase provides another opportunity for football fans worldwide to secure their presence at one of the largest and most passionate sporting events in the world.

The International Football Federation (FIFA) announced on Monday that the second phase of ticket sales for the 2026 World Cup has begun, with over one million new tickets made available to fans worldwide.
