Knife attack at Walmart in US; At least 11 injured

This incident occurred on Saturday, (July 26) in Traverse City.


According to the Grand Traverse County Sheriff's Office, around 4:45 p.m., a 42-year-old man entered the store and attacked customers with a folding knife.


According to reports, the assailant was apprehended with the cooperation of customers present at the store.


The mayor of Michigan confirmed the incident, stating that of the 11 injured, the condition of six is reported to be critical.


The suspect has been detained; however, the main motive for this incident and the identity of the assailant remain unclear.

Following a knife attack by an assailant at a Walmart store in Michigan, USA, 11 people were injured.
