Israeli army targets Hezbollah weapons depot in southern Lebanon

The Israeli army added that this military target was a violation of the ceasefire between the two countries.


According to reports, prior to this attack, a Hezbollah member was killed in a drone strike by the Israeli army in the Aita al-Shaab area.


This comes as the United States has requested that Israel reduce the intensity of unnecessary attacks on Lebanon and consider the possibility of a gradual withdrawal from one of its five military bases in southern Lebanon in the coming weeks.

The Israeli army announced in a statement that it targeted a weapons depot belonging to Hezbollah in the Deir Kifa area in southern Lebanon.
