On the eve of August 15; UN: Taliban close to completely eliminating women from society

The UN wrote on Wednesday (22 Asad) in a message on the social network "X" that 78 percent of women have been deprived of education, work, and vocational training.

In addition, women and girls face security challenges and a lack of basic services, including access to water.

At the same time, the U.S. Department of State, in its annual report, has stated that the Taliban's respect for human rights has declined more than ever before.

Nevertheless, various human rights organizations, coinciding with the fourth anniversary of the Taliban's takeover of Afghanistan, have warned of the escalating violation of human rights in the country.

The United Nations, on the eve of the fourth anniversary of the Taliban's return to power, says the group has come very close to achieving its vision of completely eliminating women from society.
