Israeli attacks; US urges its citizens to leave Syria

The department, on Friday, 27 Saratan, in a statement, asked its citizens to refrain from traveling to Syria.


The Israeli army announced on Wednesday that it targeted positions in Syrian territory, particularly government institutions such as the Ministry of Defense in Damascus.


The army stated that the purpose of these attacks is to support the Druze minority in Syria, which has been engaged in conflicts with government forces.


It is noteworthy that several countries in the region, including Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Qatar, have condemned Israel's attacks on Syrian soil.

The U.S. State Department, following recent clashes in Syria, has requested its citizens to leave Syria immediately.
