Humanitarian crisis continues; More than 40 Palestinians die in stampede

According to Gaza health officials, 15 of these individuals died on Wednesday (25 Saratan) due to overcrowding and suffocation caused by tear gas fired at a food distribution site in Khan Younis.

Medical authorities in Gaza stated that this is the first time deaths due to suffocation and severe overcrowding have been recorded at food distribution centers.

The Gaza Ministry of Health has accused the United States and the Israeli army of the "deliberate and systematic killing" of Palestinians.

Since the start of Israel's attacks on Gaza, more than 56,077 people have been killed, and over 131,000 others have been injured.

The Gaza Ministry of Health announced that at least 43 Palestinians, including 21 who were lined up to receive food aid, have died in the Gaza Strip.
