Green Trend: Pakistan's claim of regime change without action is dubious

This movement has emphasized that Pakistan has supported the Taliban logistically, armaments-wise, and in terms of training over the years; however, it has always denied this assistance.

In a note published by Green Trend on the social network "X," it states: "Pakistan has supported the Taliban over the past 26 years and has yet to take any practical action against them; however, it continues to issue statements and speak about regime change. This behavior raises questions and appears highly suspicious."

Green Trend has also pointed out that such statements without practical actions cannot indicate a genuine desire on Islamabad's part to change the status quo and may simply be political maneuvering or propaganda. The movement concluded by invoking a proverb: "They say a rabble-rouser's heart does not go to war."

This analysis by Green Trend comes as relations between Afghanistan and Pakistan have been fraught with tensions and accusations over Afghan Taliban support for the Pakistani Taliban movement throughout the past four years.

The "Green Trend" intelligence unit, led by Amrullah Saleh, described Islamabad's stance as "suspicious" in response to Pakistan's recent statements regarding regime change.
