Four Taliban fighters killed and wounded in Freedom Front attack in Maimana

According to a statement from this front, the pre-planned attack took place as a group of Taliban Promotion of Virtue forces were exiting the Ministry building.


According to the Freedom Front, the attack resulted in the deaths of two Taliban fighters and injuries to two others; however, no details have been provided regarding the fate of the head of the Taliban's Promotion of Virtue office.


This front claims that the white-clad enforcers of the Taliban's Promotion of Virtue gather daily at this center and then patrol the city in groups of three to five for "harassing and tormenting citizens, especially women."


The Freedom Front has also stated that none of its forces were harmed in this attack.

The Freedom Front of Afghanistan has announced that forces of this front targeted the Taliban Ministry for the Promotion of Virtue building in the city of Maimana, the capital of Faryab Province, in an attack on Sunday evening, 9 Qaws.
