Blast in Delhi kills eight

According to reports from Indian media, this incident occurred around 18:52 local time; when a car that had stopped behind a red light at low speed then exploded.

Following the explosion of a car near the historic monument "Red Fort" in Delhi, the capital of India, on the evening of Monday, November 10, eight people were killed.
