10 Afghan citizens executed by the Islamic Republic of Iran in one month

The human rights organization stated in a report on Friday (13 Saratan) that these individuals were executed by the Islamic Republic's judicial system on charges of political and religious offenses, murder, drug-related crimes, rape, and armed robbery.


The report also noted that 16 political prisoners were executed in this month on charges of espionage for Israel.


This human rights institution had previously reported that the Islamic Republic executed at least 617 people, including 40 Afghan citizens, in the first six months of 2025.

The human rights organization "Hengaw" has announced that the Islamic Republic of Iran executed at least 99 prisoners in June, including 10 Afghan citizens.
