Sources report mysterious murder of woman in Mirbache Kot, Kabul

According to local sources, this woman was targeted in an attack in one of the areas of Mir Bacha Kot district and lost her life.


Based on reports, the victim's body was transferred to the forensic medicine department for legal examinations. As of the publication of this report, the identity of the victim and the main motive behind this murder remain unidentified, and the relevant authorities have not provided detailed information.


In response to this incident, the "Afghan Active Women Coordination Association" issued a statement strongly condemning the killing and describing it as part of the alarming trend of mysterious violence against women and girls in the country. The organization emphasized that the rise in such incidents spreads an atmosphere of insecurity and fear among women and leads to serious social consequences.


The association's statement also warned that the negligence of responsible institutions toward such events creates the ground for the repetition of violence and called on the community and officials to take immediate and practical action to ensure security and justice for women.


Based on reports published in recent months, cases of murders and targeted violence against women are on the rise in various parts of the country; an issue that has aroused widespread concern among human rights organizations and civil society activists and once again raises serious questions.
