Human Rights Alarm in Iran; More than 1,900 Death Sentences to be Executed in 2025

According to this report, at least 1,922 individuals were executed in Iranian prisons during the year 2025 AD—a figure that shows more than double the increase compared to the previous year.

Based on the watchdog's findings, only a small portion of the execution cases were covered by official media, while the overwhelming majority remained in news silence.
