British MP: Silencing the Voice of the Iranian People Has Failed

Priti Patel, in a message on the social network X, has written that Iranian citizens, despite widespread pressures and restrictions, continue to defend their fundamental rights, and these movements reflect the unparalleled courage of a nation.


She added, in criticism of the Iranian government's performance, that the violent crackdowns on protesters have pushed society toward a deeper crisis, and alarming reports of human casualties during these protests have been released.


This British Parliament member has called on the international community to support the Iranian people through diplomatic tools and political pressures, so that their civil struggle for fundamental freedoms can be accompanied by greater security and tangible achievements.

One of the members of the British Parliament, referring to the fresh wave of protests in Iran, has stated that the steadfastness of this country's citizens in the face of repression is a testament to the powerful will of the people to achieve freedom, and the world must not remain indifferent to this situation.
