Freedom Front: We carried out 21 attacks against the Taliban in Asad

Dawood Naji, head of the Freedom Front's political committee, posted a table on the social network X stating that these operations took place in Badakhshan, Baghlan, Kunduz, Panjshir, Nuristan, Kabul, Faryab, and Nangarhar. According to this table, one of the heaviest attacks occurred on the first of Asad in Zibak district of Badakhshan, where, according to the Freedom Front, 21 Taliban members were killed and 37 wounded.

This front has also reported another attack in Zibak in which six Taliban members were killed and 10 wounded. The Freedom Front stated that in the other attacks, a total of 44 Taliban forces were killed; however, in seven of the 21 operations, no specific figures for casualties were provided, and in one case, only "several killed and wounded" were mentioned.

The Freedom Front's claim comes as reports of increased armed activities by Taliban opponents in various parts of Afghanistan have emerged in recent weeks.

In addition to the Freedom Front, the National Resistance Front, Homeland Corps, and United Front of Afghanistan have also reported the continuation and expansion of attacks against the Taliban. However, the Taliban has so far shown no reaction to the 21 claimed operations by the Freedom Front and the casualty figures announced by this front.

The Freedom Front of Afghanistan says that this group's armed activities expanded to eight provinces in the month of Asad, during which 21 guerrilla and front-line operations were conducted against the Taliban. According to this front, in these attacks, at least 65 Taliban members were killed and nearly 90 others wounded.
