Foreign Ministry summons Pakistani chargé d'affaires over airstrikes

According to a statement from the ministry, as a result of these strikes, 13 civilians—including 11 children, one woman, and one elderly man—lost their lives, while 14 others, several of whom are women and children, were wounded.


The Taliban has described these strikes as a blatant violation of Afghanistan's airspace and a "crime against humanity."


The Taliban Foreign Ministry, emphasizing its responsibility to protect Afghanistan's territorial integrity, warned Islamabad to address its internal problems instead of continuing its "proxy policies."


The ministry also stated that responsibility for the consequences of these "provocative and repetitive" actions would lie directly with the Pakistani army.

The Taliban Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on Wednesday that, following last night's airstrikes by the Pakistani army on the provinces of Khost, Paktika, and Kunar, it had summoned the chargé d'affaires of the Pakistani Embassy in Kabul and conveyed its strong protest to him.
