Cruz described these three countries as "rogue and anti-American regimes."


The senator close to Donald Trump, referring to President Trump's remarks on "the need to support new leadership in Iran," said that Trump's stance carries great importance, as he had previously not spoken explicitly about regime change in Iran.


Cruz also explained Trump's threats regarding the consequences of the killing of protesters in Iran, stating that the potential response could be "military action"; but this does not necessarily mean deploying troops and may include actions such as "bombing."

U.S. Republican Senator Ted Cruz, emphasizing that the world is in "a pivotal moment," predicted that we may witness the collapse of the governments of Iran, Venezuela, and Cuba within the next six months.
