The United Front and the Republic announced attacks on Taliban positions in Kabul and Badakhshan.

The United Front, led by Sami Sadat, stated in a press release that on Friday, it targeted a Taliban outpost in the Keshem district of Badakhshan.


This front claims that a number of Taliban members stationed at the outpost were wounded and subsequently abandoned the site.


Meanwhile, the "Republic Front of Afghanistan" says it attacked a Taliban military outpost in western Kabul.


This front stated in a press release that the attack took place on the evening of Friday, September 3, on a Taliban outpost in the Pol-e Khishti area, within the jurisdiction of Kabul city's 13th security district.


The press release states that forces of the "Republic Front" threw two hand grenades toward a Taliban Ranger vehicle and then withdrew from the area.


This front claims that the Taliban suffered casualties and damage in this incident.


The Taliban have not yet commented on these attacks.



The United Front of Afghanistan and the Republic Front of Afghanistan have separately announced attacks on Taliban positions in Kabul and Badakhshan.
