Meanwhile, the "Green Movement" affiliated with Amrullah Saleh, former vice president of Afghanistan, has announced that forces of this group, in an operation, targeted and destroyed a vehicle carrying 10 Taliban members in the Abdallah Khil Valley area. This movement, by releasing a video, has claimed that this military vehicle was en route to transfer forces to a base in the village of Manjanjastu.

In the released video, it can be seen that the Taliban Ranger vehicle is destroyed as a result of a mine explosion. Independent sources have also confirmed the occurrence of this explosion in the same area.

According to local residents, the explosion site was not far from a rural volleyball field, and at the time of the incident, a number of youths were engaged in playing there.

Following this incident, Taliban fighters entered the area and carried out widespread arrests of local youths. A resident of the valley said that Taliban forces have a strong presence on the roads and are seen "armed and ready" in the area.

Among the detainees, the names of two brothers, Shirzaman and Noorzaman, have also been mentioned. According to sources, Shirzaman was from the former military forces, and Noorzaman was a serving teacher.

A source close to the Resistance Front also said that the detained individuals have been transferred for interrogation to the police command of the Abdallah Khil Valley district and then to the security command of Panjshir province.

To date, the Taliban have provided no official explanation regarding this explosion and the arrests of individuals in this province.

Informed local sources in Panjshir said on Tuesday that, following an explosion that occurred on Monday in the Abdallah Khil Valley district, Taliban fighters have detained at least more than 30 local residents. According to these sources, some of the detained individuals were later released; however, the exact and final number is still unclear.
