Syndication: The latest phase of US attacks on Iran's military targets has ended

CENTCOM stated in a declaration posted on the social network X that the final phase of these attacks ended at 10:15 p.m. Eastern Time.


According to this statement, U.S. forces, during an operation that lasted approximately five hours, targeted military sites in various locations in Iran, including Bushehr, Chabahar, Jask, Konarak, Abu Musa, and Bandar Abbas. CENTCOM described the purpose of these attacks as reducing Iran's ability to carry out attacks against commercial ships as much as possible.


The statement continued that U.S. forces used precision-guided munitions to carry out this operation and targeted coastal defense systems, missile bases, facilities associated with drones, and Iran's maritime capabilities.


CENTCOM also announced that more than 50,000 U.S. military personnel are currently deployed across various points in the Middle East and emphasized that the country's forces are "alert, lethal, and ready."

U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) announced that the new phase of U.S. military operations against military targets of the Islamic Republic of Iran has concluded.
